Music Alert! For lovers of all things music, April 23 promises to be a day to remember, as the Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON) presents New Horizons: New Worlds. It will feature international singer Diana Baroni with her haunting and evocative voice; foremost opera soprano Ranti Ihimoyan; renowned musician and Director of MUSON, Tunde Jegede; MUSON Ensemble; and traditional Sakara musicians. The 3-day event will kick off with a solo concert by Tunde Jegede at the Jazz Hole, Ikoyi, Lagos on April 22. The following day, a concert with all featured artistes will hold at the MUSON Centre. The grand finale will hold at the Nigerian Film Corporation with film screenings, as well as a symposium and discussion with Kunle Tejuoso, Tunde Jegede, Diana Baroni, and Didi Cheeka.

'Fisayomi Adesina graduated from Babcock University in 2012 with an LL.B in Law and a diploma in Criminology. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association, she has keen interest in intellectual property.
