On July 30, 2017, the African Artists’ Foundation (AAF) will present a round table discussion titled Colour. Culture. Collaboration. The focus of the discussion will be on the concept of narrative and culture and the powerful energy of collaboration.
The round table discussion will feature three prominent artists in different fields; Osborne Macharia – a renowned Kenyan digital photographer and storyteller whose work has been described as Afrofuturistic; Kevin Abraham – a self-taught visual artist, fashion stylist, prop master, and set designer, who has worked with several celebrities including Iyanya, Crown Paint, Two Rivers and Telkom Kenya; Adebayo Oke-Lawal – creative director and founder of Orange Culture, one of Nigeria’s most famous and critically acclaimed fashion brands. Zara Okpara-Odu will moderate the discussion.
