From August 26 to 31, 2017, RoadChef Café, Lagos will present Art Around, a group exhibition of paintings by contemporary Nigerian artists Bolaji Ogunwo, Dotun Makun and Greg Onyeka. The exhibition features their varied styles, techniques and choice media of oil and acrylic on canvas.
Art Around is art borne out of the traditional gallery spaces with the aim of making art appreciation accessible to art lovers, enthusiasts as well as everyone.

The process of working in a traditional studio portrait was integral to Makun’s work in this particular exhibition.
